Your first plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Pro continues until the end of the period already paid, and the plan then ends without a further charge.
If you were charged by mistake, charged again after cancelling, or could not use the service because of a fault on our side, write to support@greenmindai.in within 7 days of the charge with your account email. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in 5 to 10 working days. We do not refund a period that you used, except where the law requires it.
If a renewal fails we keep Pro on for a short grace period while the payment is retried. If it still fails, the plan ends and nothing is charged.
Deleting your account does not refund the current period automatically, and it cancels the plan. Contact us first if you want a refund.
