You can delete your account and everything linked to it at any time. This is permanent.
Your account, your family, every child profile you added, their app usage history, installed-app lists, rules, sessions and alerts, and any co-parent access. A child's phone stops working with the family at once.
Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires (they contain no card details). A record that the account was deleted is kept, without your data. Backups are overwritten within about 2 weeks.
Settings, then Account, then "Delete account and data".
If you cannot sign in, email support@greenmindai.in from the address you registered with and ask us to delete the account. We may ask you to confirm it is you, and we complete the request within 30 days.
In the app open the child's profile and choose "Remove" followed by their name. That deletes only that child's data.
A paid plan is not refunded automatically; see the refund policy.
